Here are some things you'll need to know:
- Anyone in Canada can order from my store, except for folks in Quebec, unfortunately.
- To order, you will need to sign up for an account.
- Stampin' Up! accepts credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- In your account, you'll have the option to allow me to contact you, or you can select "No Contact" if you don't want me to contact you.
- If you allow me to contact you, I'll send you a thank you card for your order. :o)
- If you would like to take part in my Crafty Cats Rewards, please be sure to allow me to contact you!
Shipping:
- During the checkout process, you'll be able to select your shipping option.
- If you select standard UPS shipping and not an upgraded shipping option, shipping is $9.95 CAD or 10% of your order, whichever amount is greater.
- Your order will be shipped by Stampin' Up!, usually within 1 or 2 business days [business days are Monday to Friday].
- I know some folks might be concerned about fees associated with UPS shipping, but you will not have to pay brokerage fees!
PayPal:
If you would prefer to pay with PayPal, send me an e.mail with the items you're interested in, and I can send you a PayPal invoice and place your order for you. Please note that you must have a confirmed address in your PayPal account for shipping.
Backorders:
- If your order includes backordered items, the in-stock items will ship first, and your backordered items will ship when they're back in stock.
- Stampin' Up! will ship each backordered item as it becomes available, so if you ordered several items with different re-stock dates, you will receive multiple packages.
- You will not have to pay a separate/additional shipping fee for your backordered items.
