Here to catch up on posting some previously published projects. All three of these cards were inspired by my little guy. :o)
I'm so happy with how this card turned out! This is in the September/October 2012 issue of Paper Crafts magazine. I love, love, love those Found Alphas from October Afternoon -- they look like a ransom note but without the creepiness. I'm honoured that Cath included this card in this blog post over at Moxie Fab World, and her write up was so heartwarming to read! I wish I had a way with words like she does. Thank you, Cath!
This here card appeared in Practical Solutions for Paper Crafters, which is one of my favourite special issues from Paper Crafts -- it's such a fun issue! This card can be found in the "Don't Throw It Away" category, which shows project ideas for those random bits of things that might normally go unused or go to waste. The tip I included with this card was that small leftover stickers can add interest and have more impact when clustered together. I love collage-y looks on projects but only do that once in a while -- this card reminded me, though, how much fun I have with it! I really enjoyed making this card! :o)
This card appeared in Card Creations: Volume 10. I love all of those label and alpha stickers from October Afternoon! I often go 'sticker happy' in my crafting, and these three cards are clear examples of that! :D I looove stickers.
Lots of love to the one who often sits with me while I'm crafting and who inspires so many projects! :o)
